SYMPTOMS:
Dizziness: Almost gone; barely noticeable while walking.
Appetite: Returned to normal.
Physical Activity: Stopped brisk walking due to ongoing weakness and switched to gentle walking.
Mental State: Stress levels have decreased compared to previous week.
Next Step: Planning another dose reduction in the next 1 to 2 weeks
