Hi Kurt, and welcome! It's really nice that you're helping your wife. She is fortunate to have your support. It's no wonder she's having terrible symptoms since she did a 25% reduction. It's recommended to do no more than 10% reductions. Some people need to do even less than that.
If her symptoms are unbearable, she has the option of doing a slight updose to try and relief her symptoms. Otherwise, she can hold her dose steady and not make any more reductions until things stabilize, which they will in time. How long ago did she make her reduction?
