19th Depakote Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling fair. I think this thing in the morning was the remnants of my fast taper of Depakote.
I am, miraculously, somewhat happy with the meds I am taking despite taking as many as four of them! (Two of them are very small dose.) It's not true that these meds do not work; the problem lies in the fact that it may take so many attempts of potentially dangerous combinations over 10 years to arrive at something that works well, and that is only if you were lucky to get a perfectly accurate diagnosis (Rosenhan very much).

I'm glad you're in a fairly good place right now Wolf. I have my own personal feelings about psychiatric drugs and can't wait to be free of them, but everyone's experience is different. The most important thing is that we can be stable and functional so that we can enjoy life.
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

The problem with meds in combinations is fascinating. Nothing has been studied but doctors combine 5+ meds without a worry. Shocking really
