It's recommended to taper no more than 10% each month of the previous month's dose. How long ago did you make your reduction? Feel free to track your taper by using the online taper journal. Hey Yukondelta! No symptoms? Sounds great. As you get closer to 0 look into smaller cuts if you can. Some people experience some difficulties, the cuts get harder as you appraoch 0 unfortunately. Well be here to help you all the way. Keep us updated!
