taper update

Feeling poor. Insomnia a big issue. Feeling exhausted. Also headachey. Just would like support from others. I’ve reduced to .85 & even though it’s low, I have a hyper-sensitive nervous system.

Xanax — 1 mg — 8 years — actively tapering | without clinician

- Prozac - 9 days (adverse reaction)
- Abilify - 15mg -> 10mg -> 7.5mg -> 5mg - 9 months - actively tapering
- Procyclidine 5mg - 9 months - actively tapering

Take your time @SE. We don't want to keep pushing through if our symptoms are unbearable. It's a sign you need to slow down or reduce by less. 👍

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
