7th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay - Mar 7

Still having some anxiety. I had a lot of heart pounding during the night last night. I will add more salt to my diet to see if this helps.
About two hours after taking my Levothyroxine and Venlafaxine this morning, I experienced some CNS activation.
