Feeling bad. Drank alcohol while already in a wave. Bad mistake.

Hi UKJohn, Don't blame yourself. Things will get better again. Sometimes we forget that our bodies can't handle these things as easily as they used to. Duloxetine seems to behave similarly in that regard. Give yourself plenty of rest and try to eat a healthy, gentle diet that's easy on your digestive system. Wishing you all the best! 🫶

Cymbalta — 13mg — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.
