taper update

Had a horrible night, woke up at five. Feel my head like pressed in a vine and tired.. Mood is OK I suppose. Tinnitus always persistent.

Hi Stefan, I can really relate. I haven't been feeling well for the past two days either. You're not alone. 🫶

Cymbalta — 13mg — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.

I can relate as well. Keep in mind mornings are usually the worst. Also keep in mind it's not that bad if it happens once or you get back to sleep.

Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Thanks @Wolf .it's actually a week that I'm being a bit over the place but yesterday was the worst. During the day I didn't feel bad actually and I work normally.
