Feeling okay. Have to decrease depakote by 40% two weeks from now.

@Based Psychiatrist There is an option to take 300-0-500 throughout the day, but I would prefer to keep it simple with even doses throughout the day if there is any risk associated with this, and I did not talk about this to a clinician.

What I heard from my clinician is, even with a cut of 40% i should probably experience temporary mood changes for a couple days.
