4th Celexa Update - Feeling Okay

taper update

Feeling okay. 3 weeks at current dose- tinnitus still constant, wondering if i need to up my dose slightly or hold for 8 weeks. Having a wave of feeling a bit hopeless and teary at times. Waking at 3.30 - but as it’s only 1 hour before i usually wake up it’s not an issue. Getting to sleep ok

- Xanax - 0.25mg - 7 months - holding
