36th Effexor Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling better today. I'm having some mild anxiety and activation-type symptoms, but that's somewhat normal for me. My husband and I have taken walks the past three days in a row. I'm happy that I'm able to get outside and get some sunlight and Vitamin D, which I need so badly since my level is low.
I hope everyone is getting along okay today! 🌸
