82nd Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

taper update

I slept well last night, but I really pushed myself too much yesterday with attending my meeting. I should have Zoomed it. Oh well, we live and learn. My CNS feels very fragile and sensitive right now. I'm taking it easy today and getting some things done around the house. My hubby and I walked this morning, which was nice. My journey off Effexor is a loooong one, but it has to be. Remember, your own journey is yours and no one else's.....and that's okay! Happy Sunday to everyone! 😊
