13th Effexor Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling fairly well today. I'm always battling with some degree of anxiety, but right now it's manageable as long as I keep things low stress. I always deal with some heart palpitations / heart pounding during the night, but for the most part I sleep quite well. So, that's today's check in! I hope everyone is doing well today.

Glad you’re feeling fairly well today. The anxiety hanging around in the background is pretty common in this process. I still get heart palpitations on and off too, especially at night, so I get how unsettling that can be. Keeping life low-stress while your system settles is a sensible approach. One bead at a time ⚪️
