After changing the drug you are tapering, the dose changes are incorrectly counted as relative to the dose of the previous drug.

Prozac — 40 mg — 6 months — holding | Zyprexa — 20 mg — 6 years — holding | Depakote — 600 mg — 8 months — **tapering** | Buspirone — 20 mg — 8 months — holding | with clinician

@Based Psychiatrist I was tapering Prozac Then changed my updates to Depakote My depakote dose was 1000 and it showed 8000% increase or something like that based on the Prozac milligrams Then I dropped depakote and it is showing something like -1100%
