78th Effexor Update - Feeling Bad

taper update

I'm still struggling with a severe stress response that happened last Monday. I'm having lots of anxiety, agitation, and heart pounding. Other than a bit of insomnia early this morning I was able to get adequate sleep. I'm going to take it easy today and continue to recover. Sending everyone healing vibes today. 💗

Catina, I'm sorry you're still struggling so much. Hang in there, and if this continues for too long, it might be worth considering a small step back and giving yourself time to stabilize. But you know your own progress and symptoms best. I hope you start feeling better soon! 🫶

Cymbalta — 13mg — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.
