44th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

I slept well last night. I'm still feeling a bit dizzy today with some head constriction, but it's slightly better than the past couple days. I'm glad it hasn't gotten worse, that's for sure. My vision was a bit blurry this morning but quickly resolved. Minimal anxiety. No brain zaps. Now that I'm consistently removing one bead per month, I'm curious to see what my symptom pattern becomes. Next month, I'm getting together with family around the time when my symptoms will emerge, so I may delay my bead drop by a week or two. Sending love and support to everyone today! 🌸
