Some technique ideas (let me know if these don't work for you/aren't enough): Insomnia 1. A thru Z activity: think of a category and something from each category A thru Z 2. Sit away from bed if awake for >15 m 3. Sit up at foot of bed for a few minutes 4. Try to get cold for a few minutes (can go outside) 5. Military sleep method (try looking up) - similar to body scan 6. Daydream? 7. progressive muscle relaxation
