Hello,
I have been tapering Abilify for over 2 years and recording daily metrics like dose and mood for almost 570 days in a spreadhseet. Yesterday I came up with the idea to see if reducing the dose affects my mood. I uploaded my spreadsheet to an AI bot and asked:
Analyse the provided spreadsheet to answer whether there is a dip in the values of the "mood" column within a 2 week period after reduction of values in the "Abilify (mg)" column.
The chatbot generated some Python code, performed the analysis and output a useful conclusion:
This led me to an interesting feature that could be helpful to the users of this site - AI integration with the tapering diaries as well as with the drug facts information. Maybe also integration with other posts for tips and suggestions.
