60th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

May 31, 2026··
taper update
I'm definitely feeling the effects of my one bead drop on May 17th. I'm having a bit more anxiety. I also feel a weird dizzy/spacey feeling in my head; it's hard to explain. At least the headache and nausea are better. I've been trying to expose myself to at least 10 minutes of sunlight each morning within 30 minutes upon wakening. It's one of the best things we can do for our bodies and has so many benefits. Even though I had a period of insomnia during the night last night, I could tell that the quality of my sleep was much better. Wishing everyone a happy Sunday! ☀️

Hey Catina, it‘s interesting that it‘s so constant for you having your withdrawl after 2 weeks in your low dosage. I should pay attention to this too the lower i go with my dosage. Ah yes, the weird dizzy/spacey feeling. Can‘t wait to be there again myself - not. I wish you it clears up soon and stabilizes again and i‘m grateful you’re not having the bad headaches! Wishing you well 🫂💪
