Hi @Em, welcome! We're glad you're here to learn about safe tapering. How long ago did you cut your dose in half? Normally it's best to taper no more than 10% of the previous month's dose each month. Everyone is different of course, but there's no way of knowing who can tolerate what. It's better to start conservatively and speed up if it is tolerated rather than go too fast and then have to backtrack. The key is to listen to your body. Feel free to use the My Taper feature to check in and track your progress. We look forward to supporting you on your tapering and healing journey! Catina 💗

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
