Hi Joe! I had to look up your drug since I had never heard of it before. I'm glad you're going to try and get off of it. This site has lots of helpful information.
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
