Interesting article on coginitive abilities

Would you agree with the statement of this article? https://betterhealthwhileaging.net/medications-to-avoid-if-worried-about-memory/ It claims there are five classes of meds that may give lower cognitive function, and those are benzodiazepines (obviously), Z- (zolpidem, zopiclone), anticholinergics, mood stabilizers and neuroleptics. I am taking two drugs in those classes and observing worse cognitive ability which is why I am very much interested in this topic. Thanks.
