SSRIs and SSNRIs are contagious. They act recursively on populations due to their ability to activate social praise in a patient’s internal psychology. This is one function of its continued spread.
"Contagious" is a word to describe SSRIs and SSNRIs that is not adopted by the medical community. I believe that this is an important insight that prescriber professionals should be exposed to.
Changing the cultural narrative is becoming increasingly difficult as the prescription of these medications continues to grow in our communities. It is important more than ever that we have strong voices in our communities to help constructively impact the susceptibility of our global future.
