V2.1 Update

March 1, 2026··
tipssuccess story
A few updates I just shipped: Formatting tools — You can now bold, italicize, and create bullet lists in your posts and replies. There's also an image upload button so you can share photos directly in threads. Text size setting — You can now adjust the text size across the entire site (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large) in Settings. New forums — We've added "Tapering Protocols & Schedules" and "Symptoms & Self-Care" to give these important topics their own space. Other improvements - Clicking a notification now scrolls you directly to the reply - Drug signatures now display line breaks properly - Default tab is now "New" so you see the latest posts first - Various performance and stability fixes under the hood As always, head to Settings if you want to adjust your preferences. We'd love to hear your feedback.

Hi @Based Psychiatrist My day job is as a web developer so I wanted to put a basic suggestion forward, I was wondering if the forum is not indexed on Google specifically for privacy reasons or if the software itself just isn't being picked up? Opening the site up to be easily read by Google can lead to more exposure, along with places like ChatGPT recommending the website to people. If it's fully blocked from indexing the general public reach is limited, and primarily driven by people who directly suggested the site. There's currently a huge gap in support with surviving antidepressants becoming read only, so wanted to make this suggestion as I feel there is a massive need for this website and platform at the moment.

Pristiq — 30mg — 17 Years — holding | Seroquel — 400mg — 17 Years — holding | Valium — 2mg once or twice a week — 10 years — supporting others | other — Modafinil 200mg — 3 Months — supporting others | with clinician

@Based Psychiatrist In google you can see what is indexing by typing site:taper.community into the search. It looks like you may be using a custom site with Next.js, the issue with this is it's difficult for search engines to access the source code with the actual forum and replies using this in the standard way. However you could potentially render a version for non logged in visitors which displays the source code more directly, so when google visits for indexing purposes it can see the full information, while keeping the logged in and other parts the same.

Pristiq — 30mg — 17 Years — holding | Seroquel — 400mg — 17 Years — holding | Valium — 2mg once or twice a week — 10 years — supporting others | other — Modafinil 200mg — 3 Months — supporting others | with clinician

Noticed an issue today, I was typing a reply to someone, and I jumped off the main tab here to research something to ensure I'm explaining something correctly with my source, and when I came back the page refreshed and I lost the comment I was typing, might be something to look into? Windows 10 user with Firefox, desktop PC.

I've been having the same issue. What I normally do is copy what I've written so that if it gets lost I can just paste it back in. I really hope it can be fixed.

"press Ctrl + f then enter table" — @guava378
I'm using a Mac computer. What are the instructions to view it in Mac? I guess I'm not sure what you mean about how the format is not readable. When I pull up all the blog articles, I am able to read them without any issues.

I did that and the only thing that happened was that it highlighted all the instances where the word "table" is mentioned in the article. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks!
