35 days on sertraline 50mg

July 30, 2026··
taper update
I’ve been back on 50 milligrams for 35 days now. On day 25 I lowered the Rivotril dose from 0.75 milligrams to 0.625 and it hasn’t really given me any problems. I’m lowering it again to 0.5 on day 9. The simptoms are almost all gone but I take way too long lying down or sitting. It’s been quite hot, and lately I’ve gotten paranoid about the veins that are starting to show all over my body, bigger and bluer. Even in places where I’d never seen veins before, like the palms of my hands or my elbows. The relief is that it’s generalized and I imagine it’s the autonomic system that has relaxed the venous tone. I have an appointment with the psychiatrist today and I’m going to mention it to see what he says. I can already walk around the house without problems and do certain tasks, but not many, not very demanding ones—just the basic ones—because I get fatigued with my breathing, it takes effort, and I’m not an obese. according to this current psychiatrist, I would have to stay on the 50 mg dose for a year….
